I am Fiona and I am a holistic therapist.

 

I work intuitively with women using a blend of heart-centred therapies and relaxation techniques to bring balance to your mind, body and soul.  My beautiful therapy room is tucked away inside my home in Alloa.​

Being “heart centered” means that I look at my life,  and my work from the very centre of my being.

​

That still, quiet space within.

​

The space in between the heart beats.

​

The place where compassion, empathy, acceptance, and unconditional love is born.

​

You would think listening to our hearts would be the most natural and logical thing we could do.

​

Living a heart centered life often means confronting places where we are not in alignment with our true self.

​

This is why I ended my relationship with my corporate career and found my true love here in my therapy room.

​

I love what I do, this is my soul purpose.
